■物語
いつもと変わらない散歩の時間
気の向くままに最近ご無沙汰になっていたルートを通ってみることにした
こどもの頃よく遊んだ空き地がもうすぐ見えてくるはず
――と、思ったら、空き地は柵に囲まれて「工事中」の大きな看板が入口をふさいでいた
なんだか気になってちょっと中を覗いてみようかと柵の隙間から顔をつっこんでみた
途端に地面が飛び上がった気がした
土の上に放り出された体を起こし
辺りを見回すとそこは懐かしいあの空き地だった
